Dimension V is free a Halion library (H6/Sonic and SE) that is tailored for MPE instruments, like the Roli Seaboard line.
Although it’s free to use the sound library in your creative work, non commercially as well as commercially, it’ll not be allowed to commercialise this library as it is, nor commercially exploit the individual programs that it contains!
