Can’t get past the startup splashscreen. Taskmanager shows HAlion Library Manager.exe running at 13% CPU and just keeps running forever. Uninstalled, reinstalled. No joy. Trial version worked perfectly. SE also. Running Win 8.1 64; 32GB Ram; i7 at 3.5 Ghz. Never a problem til the full version. Fully activated on site and eLicenser. Always hangs with HAlion Program Manager.exe running forever.
