Should be simple answer?

I just want to use my old Halion 3 .fxb and .HSB files. More important my personally created .fxb's.
Where do I put them so Halion 6 can load them? Do they have to be in a specific folder?
If i drag the .fxb to the media bay it shows the "+" but does nothing.
If I import the .fxb, it shows the LOADING bar like it loads, but then cannot be found.

My problem is if Halion 6 is installed on my WIN 10 my Halion 3 pops up but is dead. Cant use it. Loads blanks.
With Halion 6 uninstalled, Halion 3 works fine.
