BUG: Halion Sonic 3. Pitch Bend range not working

Hi, as the title says

Halion Sonic 3. Pitch Bend range not working.

If I change it to -12, +12 it still plays at -2, +2

please fix!!

I had the same issue.

With further testing I've found that a viable workaround is to force new settings via RPN events.

Still, the default is not ±2 semitones as per GM specifications.

For Sonic3 I'm not sure. I assume turning off GM Mode might work, but then Sonic would no longer respond to typical multitimberal program changes?

For HALion6, To change the range through the macro or zone editors in the HALion UI one should disable N/RPN in the options tab.
