I’d love to see that “update origin” actually updates every audio-file it is being used on.
Now it only works on audio files which were actually recorded in Nuendo itself.
When one edits an audio file (an event) and renders that “in place” or exports it and re-imports it, and “update origin” is applied to the newly created audio-files, the timestamp simply won’t be updated (it is not even being written when rendered-in-place or when exported) and renders this function (also) useless.
