Purchased wrong upgrade option 9.5 to 10, I have only 9.0

Been trying to contact asknet, also trying to reset my password on asknet to login to see ticket status. But I never get a confirmation mail.
My issue is I've not been using Cubase for a while and I thought I bought an upgrade to 9.5 erlier.
Turns out I didn't.
So I bought the upgrade from 9.5 to 10 and now I don't know what to do.
Neither support or asknet are answering my questions, or may be they do later, I don't know.
I should be able to count in what I paid for the wrong upgrade and pay the missing rest right?

just buy 9 to 9.5 and you are set?

Hello,

both Steinberg and Asknet are a bit slowed down due to the release, but don't worry.
The mails surely went through, gmail can filter our automated responses, that's likely what happened.
In these cases you usually get a refund /cancellation for the wrong purchase and you can then get the correct one.
