Cannot crossgrade to Nuendo / no reply from support after 4 days

Anyone else having problems with this? When attempting to add the crossgrade, the shopping cart remains empty.

Steinberg support is a bit late after 4 days...which leaves one to hope they'll show some courtesy in extending the offers period, which to my knowledge ends in a couple of days...
