I just recently got Cubase as a starting film composer and I can't believe this functionality isn't in here. This seems like a painfully obvious function that would be necessary since you can edit to video, why would you not be able to export what you made?? This makes no sense.
Equipment/Software
Cubase Pro 10
UR22mkII Audio Interface
Roland A-500 Pro MIDI Keyboard
Windows 10
ASUS Laptop

How about 2 video tracks as like in Nuendo 10? That will be super handy feature for us as working film composers.

Exporting audio in video is standard and should not be a Nuendo feature only. It doesn't make any sense to have a professional video sync portion in Cubase without this feature. It was part of Cubase since SX (or even earlier ?) till V9.
It's like: You can do a full music production in Cubase but you can't process audio in it ! You have to use Wavelab for that.... :?
Intel Core I7 5820k 3.30GHz, Asus X99 E WS, 64Gb Ram, Nvidia Quardo P400, Cubase 9.5, Win10

From what I'ver read from a moderator here at some point, it is coming to Cubase. Not sure if it'll be 10.5 or not (it would be a massive shame if it weren't, and would tilt me steeply toward one of the other couple DAW's I've been learning more deeply if some very important things aren't addressed in 10.5). But apparently it's coming since composers (both major and non major) use Cubase and need this for todays fast turnaround world.
Cubase 9.5, Trashcan Mac 6-core 3.7ghz, High Sierra 10.13.4 OS, AMD FirePro D300 Dual, 64 gig RAM, plugins galore, some hardware, a bunch of real instruments and synths, Apollo 8 TB, etc., etc., and two cats

It's in page 3 of this thread... Yes, for version 10.5.
Video export including rendering will be a part of Cubase in the future. It will be introduced with Nuendo 10.2 first though.
and
Well, we are talking about Cubase 10.5.

Use DaVinci Resolve. Free version allows basic video editing and export. Cross platform.

This alone would encourage me to update (still running Cubase 9 here).
It is almost as if Cubase wants to make it difficult to professionals to use their software for film scoring.

Hey all, it's finally coming in 10.5, so there's no need to continue this particular thread.
