Well, I couldn’t resist. :wink:

  1. Record your improv
  2. Set track to Time Linear time domain
  3. Open Key Editor and activate warp grid tool.
  4. drag grid to a couple downbeats. Tempo points will be created on the tempo track. Delete the last one.
