Cubase Pro 10.0.10 Timeline cursor disappears

The Cubase Pro 10.0.10 Timeline cursor disappears when the transport is stopped. There is only a small 1/2 line in timecode bar above the arrange window. When I play the transport, the timeline is shown but when stopped there is no timeline. I tried changing the line thickness to no avail. For now I am back to 9.5 for music.

I upgraded from 9.5 -> 10.0 -> 10.0.10 on Windows 10 Pro X64.

I will try it on my new mac trashcan soon.

Hi there. I had exactly the same problem. Try turning off the new video edit mode playhead function.... when this is enabled the playhead does indeed disappear. :)

That was it! Timeline cursor is now visible when transport is stopped.

I think this behaviour makes no sense and hopefully it is a bug they will fix.

No Bug. This is how the Edit mode works.
