Hi, just got an MR816X interface. I’m running a Mac osx 10.13.4. I’ve installed the latest driver package. Still, can’t see the interface connected. I’ve tested several firewire cables. nothing. When I click on YamahaFWCM app- nothing happens. Please advise. Thanks

I face the same problem too!
Check under System Pref/ Security and Privacy and make sure you have ALLOWED the MR816x. You have to do this within the first 30 min or so of installing the software or it locks you out. You would have to Uninstall the MR Console, FW Driver etc using the Installer app.
