Hi there,
I recently have an issue with my CI 1. Yesterday I had an error on windows saying “usb device not recognized…” and the sound was gone. The light on device was off and device was not seen by windows. I removed the usb cable and continued with onboard soundcard.
Today I re connected CI 1, now I get the light, but there is no sound. Windows and cubase says the device is working, it is recognized. I installed the latest driver but couldnt manage to get the sound. I switch between onboard sound, Tv and CI1 ; the only not working device is CI1 and i tried all settings, still no sound.
What may be the problem ? Is my device broken ?
