Just purchased a CI 1 went through all the disk set-up drivers loading computer see’s the device configured sound for device can see light flash from my instrument but no sound on computer no sound headphones…no sound So here’s an idea how about giving folks a relpy to why I paid all this money and your idea of support is to ignor us!!!
Someone from your company needs to give clear and understandable instructions on setting the device up…or if you don’t know just say “I don’t know”!!!
