I’m running for dev purposes a OS X VMware. I’m connecting the CI 1 directly as USB. OS X sees the CI1 and it appears in the Audio Setting module. However when it’s selected there seems to be no audio output (audio icon is greyed out).
In the system error logs I get “audio engine unable to change format” - this might be misleading.
I believe all the drivers are up to date.
On a side: If I connect as Host Sound Card it works (shares with the host), but there is massive latency.
I also run Windows 8 in a VMware and there are no issues.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
