How is it possible, to nudge some elements in the score,
may be a rest a bit higher or a accent a bit to the left etc,
also a single note a bit to the right or left for
“finetuning”.

Quite a few elements can be “nudged” in Engrave mode by selecting them, holding down alt and pressing the arrow keys. e.g. Accents can be nudged up and down.
Rests can be vertically positioned while in Write mode by selecting a rest and changing the value in the “Rest pos.” field in the properties panel.
