None of the ratings I gave to the factory library have been remembered. I loaded Groove Agent just now & noticed that all of the kit ratings have been reset to 3 stars. I’d previously given some kits 1 star & favs 5 star but now all are 3.
Why is this? How can I make sure that the ratings I give stick & do not reset?
