Hope someone can help - I have a problem installing the Jazz Essentials VST instrument set. Upon purchase, I downloaded the mac.dmg installer, read the ReadMe.pdf, then double-clicked on the Jazz Essentials icon to begin. Was prepared to wait a few minutes as the ReadMe suggested, but waited and waited … Nothing. Any ideas? Removed, redownloaded and tried again 3 times so far. Cubase Artist 9.5, OS 10.13.6
