you have a problem with the updates and compatibility of Cubase 9 Pro, Cubase 10 Pro, Groove Agent 4 SE, Groove Agent 5 SE and Groove Agent 4 (pro), since you install Groove Agent 5 SE by default. (I have not upgraded to Groove Agent 5 yet) … if you have discount codes it would be great !!!.
Issue:
When I opened my current sessions that I did in cubase 9 in the same Cubase 9 it did not recognize the samples mounted in Groove Agent 4 SE, since Cubase opened them in Grove Agent 5 SE, the one that you installed by default … and then when I opened my projects made in Cubase 9 in the New Cubase 10, I opened the files made in the Groove Agent 4 SE in the Groove Agent 5 SE correctly … but then now, it stopped loading the samples in the Groove Agent 4 ( pro) … ALREADY SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
Solution:
The solution was to re-install the GROOVE AGENT 4 again after the installation of cubase 10 … I hope this helps others and that STEINBERG checks its compatibilities … I guess the problem is between libraries.

ustedes tienen un problema con las actualizaciones y la compatibilidad de Cubase 9 Pro, Cubase 10 Pro, Groove Agent 4 SE, Groove Agent 5 SE y Groove Agent 4 (pro), ya que ustedes instalan por defecto Groove Agent 5 SE. (no me he actualizado a Groove Agent 5 aun)… si ustedes tienen codigos de descuento estaria genial!!!.
Problema:
Cuando Abri mis sesiones actuales que hice en cubase 9 en el mismo Cubase 9 este no reconocio los samples montados en Groove Agent 4 SE, ya que Cubase los abrió en Grove Agent 5 SE, ese que ustedes instalan por defecto… y luego cuando abrí mis proyectos hechos en Cubase 9 en el Nuevo Cubase 10, me abrió los archivos hechos en el Groove Agent 4 SE en el Groove Agent 5 SE correctamente… pero entonces ahora, dejó de cargar igual los samples en el Groove Agent 4 (pro)… YA SOLUCIONE ESTE PROBLEMA.
Solucion:
La solucion fue volver a instalar el GROOVE AGENT 4 de nuevo despues de la instalación del cubase 10… espero que esto ayude a otros y que STEINBERG cheque sus compatibilidades… supongo que el problema esta entre librerias.
