Cubase 8 won't recognize SD2 (solved)

Post by Glaucus » Fri Mar 11, 2016 10:52 am

Hello,

I've installed multiple plugins already without any trouble, but cubase just won't recognize Superior Drummer 2:

I've also tried copying the SD2 folder in the cubase VST folder, doesn't work either.
SD2 is registered and works just fine in the Toontrack solo player, by the way.

Any advice?

Okay, I figured it out. You have to set the path to the "drummer.dll" file, which in my case was located in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Toontrack
