If I right click a part and select a plugin and want to preview it, the volume is very loud.
Presumably it’s the default wave level.
Is there a way of adjusting the preview volume?
This also occurs if I’m in the pitch and warp editor and select a slice.
Any ideas?

There is no such preference (at least not until V5) - that´s what the audition fader in the tool bar of the sample editor is for…
I’m probably thick but still cant see the audition fader, I’m using Cubase 6.
