What’s between you and Steinberg’s server (firewalls, etc)?
I can say that the Cubase 6.5 (full version, not artist) grace period update is still there, so it’s unlikely that the server is down (unless they use more than one server and the server for your part of the world is down).
There is an Artist 6.5.exe link when my e-license was verified online. That link is broken somehow…
