I’m a Nuendo 5 user and know Pad Shop VST is available in Steinberg online shop. But, how to have Retrologue also in Nuendo?

Yes, Padshop and Retrologue is part of Cubase 6.5, now. But it isn’t part of Nuendo. And I think, it’s not part of last version of Nuendo Expression Kit (NEK).
But you can buy the Padshop separately, as classical VST plug-in.
