I have same issues and have done everything including a full format and re-install but just same.
I took my nvidia GTX card out and replaced with on board graphics but just the same.
I am having to many problems with Steinberg that I am seriously thinking of moving to another Daw.
Trouble is I have invested a lot of time and money and don’t know if I can even resell Steinberg software?
