As Subject - if you record automation on an insert, then later move that insert to a different slot - even on the same track - the automation vanishes without warning.
Very bad.
Same thing here on Cubase 10.5
Found a workaround!
It will work if you re-enable Read Automation for that insert slot.
This should be addressed.
