Dorico will align such hairpins and other immediate dynamics together at the same vertical position if they are in the same group. At the moment you can’t control directly which dynamics end up in the same group: Dorico makes these decisions on its own when you create abutting dynamics, for example. But the forthcoming update will provide a means to do this by selecting a bunch of dynamics and choosing to group them yourself, at which point they will be aligned together.
