Hi, maybe this has been answered before but I couldn’t find it:
I want to create a text frame with a text that appears in all parts of the piece, (linked to each single part/instrument).
In engrave mode I tried it but the text frame only appears in the full score, how can I link it to the single parts as well?

One way to go might be using a token. Take one you don’t use. Then put the text into the linked field in the project info window.
If you want the text frame to appear in all layouts you should edit the relevant master pages (engrave mode, in the bottom right corner). Maybe it’s a good idea to watch the latest discover Dorico video on YouTube. A search for master page should bring up some information here on the forum as well.
