PLUGINS too often Random and Missing

I can’t believe that Cubase 9.5 is like a plugin ‘archive’; it finds and makes available virtually any 64 bit plugin I’ve loaded.

I’m WAY beyond angry that WaveLab cannot perform to that level… after all this time.
