where is my “support ticket” on my steinberg?
I want to upload a crashdump file but there is non option for me to submit a ticket… I have cubase registered … and the only option I have is “steinberg distrubutors” …
when I go to this section: https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/206530864-Contact-support
and I click on submit a ticket… im back again to this:
What can I do for solve this situation?
Also if you see there “my requests” there is non option to make a ticket… only empty box…
I will appreciate your help, thanks.

It tells you to find the distributor for your country, on that page, and contact them. There are many threads about international support.
uhm… well yes I read that before, but I wonder how they can help with a crashdump?.. distributors are not developers… just sellers
or im missing something? as im understand a cubase Crashdump should be send to devs for bug fixes, or am I wrong?
I dont understand for what is this if at the end the only I can do is contact a distributor, no e-mail provided or a support ticket;
