I have Cubase9 on disc, it came with a free update to Cubase 9.5
I am trying to re-activate but it keeps giving me the same Soft eLicenser number in the eLCC , which means I can not get a new Activation code for Cubase 9.5 elements.This is frustrating as I have followed all teh re-activation steps.Please assist
