I had change the hard disk in my laptop and now I dont know how to download Cubase 8. In the elicenser control I cant reactivate because I dont have the USB with eLicenser number. How can I reactivate the program? Is it for one PC or for 2?

Go to your mySteinberg account where you registered your software. There is a place to download the software and to reactivate it.
