Vocal sound of the Minions

Hello folks,

I am looking for a plugin or processor to imitate the vocal sound of the Minions
like “laughing” and making noises.

It seems to be a pitch-shifter, but the voacal sounds are so less “mickey-mouse” and
so natural that I cannot find out the plugin that can do these sounds.

Does anyone know how to create these high and funny vocals?

Very lil it can’t do.
