USB cable

I’ve damaged the USB cable that came with my UR44C.

Can I replace it with a third party USB C cable or do I need a Steinberg one.

The manual says:

“All audio interfaces of the UR-C series (UR22C, UR44C, UR816C) require full-featured USB-C (USB Type-C) cables certified by USB-IF that implement the USB 3.1 Gen 1 specification (or better).”

Yes, as long as they are usb 3.1 gen 1 spec you should be fine.

What cable did you end up getting? I need one that is the proper spec, but 6 feet in length.
