new ur12 Windows xp

i am attempting to use new ur12
with older Dell laptop with Windows xp
any advice on how to get this working

have you tired turning it off then turning it back on again?

So have you installed the latest drivers for the UR12? (Logged on as an administrator)
Does that laptop have usb 2.0 ports?
Is XP SP3?

UR 12 doesn’t seem to be supported on XP.

I should have looked! Yes, if you scroll down to the UR 12, Win7 is as low as you can go.

Why would you use Vista anyway, stepping backwards? Vista was like Millenium or Windows 3.0, just not good enough!
