Cubasis iPad keeps crashing

Can anyone shed any light?

I recently purchased cubasis for the iPad and I am running the latest iOS 9.3.1.
during my first recording I managed to lay down 2 drum tracks and a synth then it crashed.
Now whenever I try to open cubasis it crashes within seconds.

1 week later still no joy
Any suggestions?

sorry for the inconvenience.

But can you provide more information about your setup like the iPad version and what is that synth you are using. Any other gear involved like an external interface or other apps?

Is the issue reproducible with a step by step description?
