License Error

Post by Eneco » Wed Dec 12, 2018 10:50 am

Hey folks,

since I'm running Nuendo on the latest macOS Mojave I'm having trouble with the eLicenser. When I start Nuendo the licenser is sometimes not being recognised and I get the following error (see screenshot). After removing the dongle and plugging it back in, everything works fine again.

I'm aware, that Mojave is not yet fully supported, but according to Steinberg's own compatibility list there shouldn't by any problem with the licenser.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm running the latest version of Nuendo and eLicenser Control Center.

Is your USB port going into sleep mode? That may be the problem. I'm just guessing though.

I don't think so as this problem also sometimes occurs right after a fresh boot up.
