My License is not working...

Hi

I'm Sungmin LEE, from South Korea

I bought a audio interface UR12 and I got an access code.

So I downloaded the Cubase 10 AI on my PC, Windows 10

But after I started license activation, suddenly my computer is broken...

So I format my Windows 10 and installed windows 10 again.

Also I installed Cubase 10 AI again.

But I cannot start license activation and reactivation...

Nothing is registered in my software information at 'My Products' in homepage

How can I get new licenser for reactivation????

please help me

In this case you should get in touch with Steinberg (local or global) support.
