The download access code doesn't work.. What to do ?

I just bought a Cubase 9.5 pro, i run it on Windows 10 installation. I enter the 25 part download access code and even though I enter it right, i’m told that access code doesn’t exist … Duhh ??? Help :slight_smile:

Where exactly did you enter the Download Access Code? In your MySteinberg account to get the Activation Code?

I´m facing the very same problem - my DAC does not work :confused: I bought the Cubase 10 PRo via the 30 years promo in the boxed version including the eLicenser dongle and i just cant activate the DAC trough my Steinberg Account :frowning:

Any help? :confused:
