Crossgrade from Cakewalk Sonar Platinum

Crossgrade from Cakewalk Sonar Platinum

Hello!
I have an Sonar ( 2015 ) + DLC Sonar Platinum ( Steam ).
How can I crossgrade to Cubase Pro 10?
Apparently Sonar left Steam but I have a purchase history

Go to the Stesinberg site -> Shop -> Software -> Cubase Pro crossgrade.

You don't need to contact them beforehand.

Start the order, then the system will ask you to upload your proof of purchase. No payment will be asked.

The order will be put on hold for 1/2 days while the Steinberg team checks your eligibility.

After that, you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to finalize (or not) the order. You will then proceed with the payment.

Now I have a delivery question. Can I find out the USB-eLicenser track number?

I'm glad it worked!

I don't know if you can get a track number for your eLicenser.

I've only found this in the Asknet help section :

You can try to open a ticket in a few days if you don't receive it.
