Tuner -out of tune ?

Post by NuMnuTs » Fri Jan 06, 2012 5:54 pm

If I use the tuner it tells me that a perfectly tuned guitar is almost a semi tone low .I have checked the guitar several times with various stand alone tuners and it is in concert pitch but the tuner in Sequel 3 still tells me it is a semi tone low .

Also when I connect a keyboard by midi and play a Halion sound this too is almost a semi tone low / Anyone got any ideas ?

No, this is not a general issue. You should install the latest soundcard drivers for your interface and also check the settings in it's control panel. It could be that there is a sample rate issue and that the driver does not correctly communicates the samplerate settings between the Hard- and Software.

It turned out to be a sample rate issue . I needed to set the sound module to 44.1 khz
