No. Your license allows you to run Pro 9.5 (and lower versions) on multiple computers but only on one computer at a time. Also you only have a single 9.5 license and not another 7.5 license. When you upgraded from 7.5 you traded in your old 7.5 license and some money for the new license. If instead of upgrading, if you had bought a new copy of 9.5 then you would still have the 7.5 license because you wouldn’t have traded it in.
