Another bypass problem (WLE 9.5)

I’m not sure if this is related to issues already raised by others about 9.5. I didn’t have the issue in Elements 9.0 or 9.1.

Best explained by example.

Render an original wav file as FLAC at the original sample rate (happens to be 96k).

Then render the original again as MP3, which involves resampling to 48k (in Master Section).

Try to play the FLAC file. Master Section is auto-bypassed, but sometimes file plays back at half speed.

Also, starting play is erratic and playback may not always start.

Possibly related as well? Saving and loading a Master Section preset no longer loads a non-Steinberg plugin (Kazrog Master Dither) in the Final Effects/Dithering slot. I think it did in 9.0 and 9.1 (but as a new user, I’m not certain).

These issues will be solved in next patch.
