I have Cubase Elements 10. I have several projects where I set up mono tracks. Some tracks should come out of the left speaker some tracks should come out of the right speaker. Everything was working fine for a few weeks. Now for no reason all the mono tracks are coming through both channels and I can’t even pan a stereo track left or right. When I try and pan a stereo track the volume of both channels goes up when panning left or right and down when centrally panned. How do I get my mono tracks to correctly come through the left OR right speakers?

You need to setup your hardware correctly.
