Halion 4 to Halion 5 Upgrade Question

Hi,

I have Halion 4, and would like to purchase Halion 5 (Upgrade Download version).

Q. Do I get all the new Sample content of Halion 5 via the Upgrade Download ? or do I need to get the full boxed version of Halion 5 to get all the new sample content of H5 ?

I would appreciate some feedback on this detail.
