Yeah so far 8.0.30 seems to have solved the issue for me as well, which I was occasionally getting, especially if I opened a project then quickly closed it.
Still got the real time bounce issue and occasional zero progress bar bounce issues, but it’s not the end of the world, just a bit annoying.
