Thanks PG, I tried this but no success. I did see that permissions may be blocked sometimes, as per this: http://www.gearsoftware.com/wiki/index.php?title=Correcting_Permissions_on_ProgramData_Folder so I should try this also. I’m quite sure that my Plextor burner/drive does not have an Aspi attached to it.
