Will it be possible to change one word of a lyric line as I wish e.g. bigger font size or color or other font?

I do not think it is possible — the proper way, — since lyrics formatting depends on paragraph styles. Nevertheless, if it is only for one word, you can input that word with shift-X and do whatever you want with it!
[Edit] My apologies, for I did not notice that you were talking about version 1.1. I own the 1.0.3 and do not know about the update…
