try “Repair VST Connect”. Open the Control Room and make sure the VST Connect Monitor plugin is situated below the Main Monitor. I’m not quite sure what you mean by “vst connect monitor button”; once connected, you should hear the Performer at any time thru said VST Connect Monitor plugin which gets installed automatically with “Create VST Connect”. There is a volume knob for that in the top left section of the VST Connect plugin, make sure it’s raised to some level.
