Better EQ and simpler mixer

Nope.

In Cubase you have “Frequency EQ” -
one of the greatest EQ´s in DAW world, and it´s feature are comparable with Fabfilter EQ.
Cubase has marvellous sounding EQs and cut filters (Pre Section).
