Alas, the real reason I’m asking the question is to change the clefs to a custom font that doesn’t show in the SMuFL list.
FWIW, I managed to work out that Dorico is reliably using SMuFL-defined variants uniE050.ss01 and uniE062.ss01 for the mid-measure clefs.
